Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

We’d love to request a dashboard-level feature that provides visibility into failed text messages—making it easy for users to identify, review, and resolve message delivery issues in real time.

We have 2 lines on text in church and when someone texts in on our next gen line and not our primary line we have to click we are responding from the next gen number. If we don't it will respond from the default (main) number. It confuses a lot of people because on our screens it's one continual thread, but on their screens they're getting text from 2 different numbers. If someone text in on a different line, I would love it if TIC would automatically respond with that same line.

When in a group, I'd like to be able to select a couple of people, and then select actions to send only these people a message from this group.

When managing my contacts, I woudl like to be able to bulk remove old numbers or bad phone numbers that fail to receive text messages from my account.

when it's outside of my caller hours and a call is not passed to me, I would like to enable a notification letting me know I have a missed call to my extension. This helps me manage my missed calls even when folks don't leave a message.

When the system attempts to capture a voicemail, it is logged as "leaving voicemail." I would like to to say "Voicemail Capture Attempted" so that it is clear to me that the system is attempting to capture the voicemail. Then, when a voicemail recording is actually captured, say "Voicemail Captured, Notifying Calling Vmail" so it is clear to my User/Callers what each of the statuses mean.

I want the ability to unsend a message when I've sent it to the wrong person.

When adding people to groups, it would be great to have a quick add option as well, where only names need to be added to add people to the group.

urrently, staff notifications within workflows are assigned to a specific individual. When staff roles change (e.g., a new Connections Pastor or Admin), each workflow must be manually updated to replace that person. This becomes time-consuming and increases the risk of missed notifications, especially for churches with multiple workflows or campuses. Proposed Solution Allow staff notification assignments to use a role-based variable (e.g., Connections Pastor, Office Admin, Care Team Lead) instead of a fixed individual. Admins could then map or update the person assigned to that role in one central place. Example Instead of assigning notifications to John Smith, a workflow could assign them to {{Connections_Pastor}}. If staffing changes, the admin simply updates who fills that role — no workflow edits required

When I have a Workflow set to remove contacts from a Group, I want the option to tell the system not to sync them back in to the Group after they've been removed, so the sync isn't automatically adding them back after they've been removed from the Group by the Workflow.
