Allow the ability to sync child profiles from PCO without the workaround of importing so the workflow automations can be used.

When a message fails for some (or all) recipients, I want there to be a folder the failed messages go to, so I can easily review just the failures and reasons for failure without having to look through the entire sent folder.

When I am using a Digital Receptionist, I want the ability to add more than 9 options so people can easily access the correct staff member in our staff directory.

Allow multiple contacts to sync over with the same number, keeping them in the correct groups / lists they belong to.

It would be helpful if automated workflows that are triggered by joining the group included a “Schedule for Specific Date/Time” step instead of only delay-based timing. For example, in our Holiday Plan Your Visit workflow, guests currently receive messages based on when they join the workflow. We’d love the option to schedule a message for a fixed date (like the Saturday before Father's Day), regardless of when they entered the automation.

It would be helpful to allow recipients to opt out of specific text topics or communication categories instead of unsubscribing from all text messages. For example, a parent may want to continue receiving Kids Ministry updates while opting out of general newsletters or other church-wide communications.

When viewing an individual’s active workflows, I’d like the ability to filter by a specific workflow so I can quickly find and cancel the correct step without sorting through unrelated workflows.

When I am using the mobile app, I want the ability to see a Keyword's Report (or the Keyword page in the Tools tab) so I can easily access this information on my phone.

When I am using a Page, I want the ability to edit the background so I can fully customize how it appears.

When I am putting long links in a text, I would like to just hit a button to shorten the link with random characters. I'm not interested in having to choose my own root url or slug. I just need it to be shorter.
