I want the contact in Text In Church to be archived if I make them inactive in PCO so their status is up to date in both platforms without having to manage two different Platforms.

Allowing TIC to start a new profile in Planning Center Online, when someone texts a Keyword, by filling in the name, email, and cell number. (This is a feature PastorsLine and and I really miss it).

When I am setting up Caller schedules, I want the ability to schedule changes to them in advance so I do not have to manually adjust them each time.

The logo on any connect card used to automatically show up as the thumbnail on the link when the link appears in a text or the link is posted onto social media. Can you please bring that back even if it is a toggle on/off option when creating the card?

When I'm in the Call History tab, I want the ability to call them back from this tab so it's easy to redial and connect with this person.

I would like to get email notifications for a single inbox.

I want to be able to see how many people were added to a group in a specific time period and be able to see how many people were processed in a workflow in a specific time period. Those seem like reasonable reporting features.

It would be great to have a bulk archive or delete option for contacts, groups or a combination. For example, remove any people in group XXX. It may also be nice to be able to import a csv with the people to delete. We did a large import for a one off project and now I am stuck with manually deleting almost a 1000 people which is less then optimal. Thank you

I would like the ability to have contacts opt-out of specific groups instead of all communication.
