Allow staff notification assignments to use a role-based variable (e.g., Connections Pastor, Office Admin, Care Team Lead) instead of a fixed individual.

Admins could then map or update the person assigned to that role in one central place.

Example

Instead of assigning notifications to John Smith, a workflow could assign them to {{Connections_Pastor}}.

If staffing changes, the admin simply updates who fills that role — no workflow edits required
