Here are some of the fixes and enhancements you'll see from our latest update!
✨Enhancements:
Workflows - View Deleted: Deleted Workflows can now be viewed prior to restoring them.
Workflows - Templates: Workflows that are set as a Template now have a Template label.
Workflows - Bulk Send: You can now bulk send messages from the waiting column in a Workflow's Report.
Disabed Users - Contacts: When a User is disabled, the contact linked to them will be archived automatically.
Groups - Keywords: You can now have multiple Keywords per Group!
Exports - Basic Fields: The Basic fields export now includes phone number and email address by default.
Account - Time Zone: Times across the app now consistently show in each user's local time zone.
🐛Fixes:
Messages - Quiet Hours Pop-up: When the warning for sending messages during a quiet hour appears, it will display the correct date for the message to be sent.
Settings - Invoices: All invoices are available within the Invoices tab of the account Settings again.
Hosted Numbers - Verification: You will no longer be prompted to verify your hosted numbers a second time after completing the first verification to host them.
Workflows - Voice Broadcasts: Voice Broadcasts sent from an Automated Workflow will no longer have duplicate audio.
Workflows - Tag Step Import: Importing a Workflow that contains a Tag step will no longer cause an error.
Tools - QR Codes: QR Codes will properly retain their redirects after being scanned now.
Messages - Emails: An issue with the file size limit for embedded images in emails has been corrected.
Here are some of the fixes and enhancements that were released during this cycle!

Workflows - Trigger Date: When choosing your Trigger Date for Calendar Date Triggered Workflows, it will default to the current year.
Workflows - Calendar Date Trigger Templates: When importing a Calendar Date Triggered Workflow, there will now be a list of the included steps.
Workflows - Report: The Processed Steps tab now includes past Workflow steps for opted-out contacts.
Workflows - Tag Step: You can now add a step to tag a contact in a Workflow.
Workflows - Keyword Trigger Templates: When importing a Keyword Trigger template, your numbers' names will be displayed.
Connect Cards & Workflows - Descriptions: The descriptions for Connect Cards and Workflows have been updated for improved clarity.
Tags - View Tagged Objects: You can click the number displayed per column when viewing Tags to see what objects are tagged.
Integrations - PCO-Add On: The PCO Add-On now has a status report that can be accessed via the Integrations tab.
Keywords - Graph Timezone: When viewing a Keyword's Report, the graph will now use the account's timezone.
🐛Fixes:
Workflows - Folders: Workflows in folders were incorrectly appearing under the Deleted tab instead of In Use.
Mobile - Email Icons: When viewing emails with social media icons on a mobile device, the icons will be displayed with the correct dimensions set for them.
Email - Missing Images: Long emails with several images should now display all of the included images.
Connect Cards - Folders: Folders created for Connect Cards will now appear correctly.
Mobile - Keywords: Keywords created on the mobile app now display properly on the web app.
Mobile Calling - Secondary Number: The call will route properly now when calling a contact's secondary number on the mobile app.
Mobile - Email: Email addresses are now displaying correctly on the mobile app again.
Here are some of the latest fixes and enhancements in our newest update!
✨ Enhancements:
Users - Phone Numbers: Users can no longer set their mobile number as a Text In Church number on their account to prevent issues with signing in.
Phone Numbers - Deleting: You can now delete a phone number without removing the associated Keywords first!
UI - Message Title: When giving a message a title, the menu now says "for internal use" instead of "for personal use."
Mobile - Ringtones: You can now preview ringtones before selecting which one you'd like to use!
Messages - Search: The behavior for searching the Inbox, Archived, Pending, and Sent folders is now consistent. Members will need to press Enter to trigger the search going forward.
Settings - User Logs: The User Logs now display which User clicked the 'Start My Membership button' to end the account's free trial early.
People - Comments: Comments will now show the User who created the comment, and the date the comment was created.
Messages - Select All for Groups: When creating a message, there is now a 'Select All' option for Groups!
Variables - Accented Characters: You can now create Variables using accented characters!
Variables - Messages: Messages with typed Variables that do not exist will now safely fail instead of sending.
User Logs - Added Tracking: User logs now track which User clicked the "Start My Membership" button during a free trial.
🐛 Fixes:
QR Codes - Scanning: We released a fix earlier this month to resolve trouble with receiving an error page when scanning QR codes.
Calling - Stability Updates: We've made some updates to the mobile app to help with call stability.
Workflow - Staff Reminder Emails: Staff Reminder emails will now be properly sent to every contact set to receive them.
URL Shortener - Redirects: Shortened links are now redirecting to their unique destination links as expected.
Billing - Disabled Users: Disabled Users will no longer receive emails when a product is added to the subscription from the Marketplace.
Messages - Pending Group Messages: Editing a pending Group message will no longer cause it to send immediately.
Workflow - Calendar Date Trigger: When choosing today's date on as the Trigger Date for a Calendar Date Trigger, the correct date will be saved.
PCO Add-on - Revoking Access: Revoking access in the PCO Add-On will now revoke access properly until it's granted again.
Here are some of the standout fixes and enhancements in our latest update!
✨ Enhancements:
Import - Opted Out Warning: Before importing contacts with the permissions toggle off, a pop-up will appear to alert you that imported contacts will be opted out.
Voice Broadcasts - Voice Options: When using the Text to Voice option for Voice Broadcasts, you can now choose what voice you'd like the system to use!
Porting - Flow Update: The process for porting your number now matches the onboarding process for consistency across the platform.
Mobile - Calling: Updates to the app to allow a signed-out user to sign in when adding a person to a call or transferring the call.
🐛 Fixes:
Messages - Search: You can search your messages by name and phone number again!
QR Codes - Logos: QR codes that include a logo should now be scannable again!
QR Codes - Error: Our team quickly released a fix for trouble that prevented some QR Codes from opening the appropriate link.
CCB - Process Queues: Done marked as Done in CCB will no longer sync into the syncing Group in Text In Church.
Calling - Secondary vs Primary: If you call a contact's secondary number, the system will now properly call that number instead of calling the primary number instead.
Here are some of the latest fixes and enhancements that came out with our update last night!
✨ Enhancements:
Connect Cards - Primary Color: Connect Cards viewed on iOS devices will no longer have a blue portion at the top and bottom of the Card.
Voicemail - Email Notification: Email notifications for voicemails will now contain the name of the contact (if they have a name) and their phone number.
Calling - Button Press: Some additional updates have been made to ensure button presses are accurately recognized when answering or on a call.
Mobile - Timezones Warning: If your device's timezone and account's timezone do not match, you will see an alert letting you know that messages are scheduled according to your account's timezone.
Export - Export Data: The Export People tab has been renamed to Export Data to more accurately reflect what can be exported in this area.
Voice Broadcasts - Conversation History: You can now send Voice Broadcasts from the Conversation History of the Inbox!
Start Membership Early - Visibility: The text within the Start My Membership pop-up has been adjusted so it is clearer that you are ending your free trial early and will be charged for your subscription if you proceed.
CCB - Process Queues: The CCB integration now includes Process Queues! You can sync your queues with an existing Text In Church Group, or have it create a new syncing Group.
🐛 Fixes:
Attachments - Pending Messages: Attachments will now be removed from pending messages when they are deleted.
Messages - Sent Stats: The stats for sent messages will now reflect the stats for all recipients, not just the recipients currently displayed on the page.
Calling - Transfer: Transferred calls should no longer show as active calls after being transferred.

✨Enhancements:
Integrations - PCO: When syncing additional information, contacts joining or leaving Groups will now have this information in their PCO contact's Activity feed.
Conversation History - Voicemails: You can now click a three-dot menu to call back the voicemail, create a task from the voicemail, or save the voicemail from the Conversation History!
Workflows - Deactivation Date: Workflows will now show the date and the User who deactivated them, so it's easier to quickly find this information.
Connect Cards - Preview: The preview image on the right side when creating a Connect Card will now show the true width of the submit button and footer information, so you have a more accurate preview of what your Card will look like.
Subscription - Allotment Reset: The information about when your allotment resets is now more visible in the Subscriptions tab, so it's easier to find this information.
Groups - Assign Users: For consistency, you can no longer assign Users when creating a Group. Instead, you'll assign them in the Users tab of your Settings by managing your User's permissions.
🐛Fixes:
Calling - Call History Dates: When selecting dates in the Call History section, this view will now filter correctly to display the calls that occurred during that period.
Phone - After Hours Auto Reply: You can now set your After Hours Auto Reply to start at 12 am.
Connect Cards - Prefill: Connect Cards that are sent via Connect Card Variable, or have the Contact_Hash at the end of the link, are properly prefilling with existing contact information again.
Connect Cards - Plan A Visit Show Submission: When clicking Show Submission, the Plan A Visit Question will now accurately display the time selected.
Phone Numbers - Name: When porting a number, the number's name will now include the words ported number.
We have a lot of enhancements and fixes behind the scenes in this update, as we prepare for new features and enhancements coming soon.
Here are some of the fixes and changes you'll see from this update!
✨Enhancements:
Connect - Connect Cards: Connect Cards will now show every submission a contact makes in the Connect Card's Report.
Messages - Email: Added a missing space between the sender's email address and the sender's name.
Settings - Phone Number: The modal for adding a new number to the account now matches the modal you see in onboarding for a more unified experience.
Tools - Exporting: You can now export User comments and failed messages from your account, so it's easier than ever to investigate or share this kind of information externally.
🐛Fixes:
Safari - Missing Text Field: Another fix has been posted to address trouble with the text field loading when creating messages in Safari.
Calling - Call History: When filtering for specific dates in the Call History section, the page will now load properly.
Connect Card - Plan A Visit Question: This question has been fully fixed, and dates should no longer show as an 'invalid date.'
Mobile - App Crashing: Some additional fixes for app stability have been added to prevent the app from crashing during calls.
Here are some of the fixes and enhancements that came out with our update!
✨Enhancements:
Performance Updates: Backend changes to the system should improve performance and load times while the system processes large volumes of requests.
Calling - Anonymous calls: When an incoming caller has hidden their phone number from you, the system will no longer reject the call. It will allow the call through with a notice that it is from an Anonymous Caller.
Inbox - Messaging: When creating your message, after you have selected your recipients, the system will now show how many people you are about to message.
Sorting - Tags: It's not currently possible to sort contacts via Tags, so this option has been removed to clarify what can be done, currently, with Tags.
Phone Numbers- Automark Messages as Read: You can now set messages to be automatically marked as read when they are opened!
Inbox - Block Contacts: It is now possible to block contacts directly from the Inbox.
Pages - Emoji Reactions: When you tap an emoji reaction in a Page, you'll see that emoji rain from the top of the Page!
Pages - Banners: Pages can now include a banner instead of just a logo, so you have more flexibility over the design of your Page!
People - Workflows: There is now a dedicated Sent Time column for Workflow steps in the Workflows tab of a contact.
People - Logs: The Logs tab for contacts will now also display when a contact was blocked/unblocked and archived/unarchived.
🐛Fixes:
Safari - Message Builder: The text field for creating messages should now load properly when creating messages on Safari.
Variables - User Signature: The User Signature Variable will now be replaced with its value in both the Conversation History and the Sent view of a message.
Widgets - Landing Page: The Landing Page of a Widget will now show the correct color set for the Widget, instead of being dark blue.
Workflows - Birthday Change: If a birthday is updated, the scheduled messages set to send on that birthday will update to the new date.
Here are some of the enhancements and fixes from our latest update!

Web - Notifications: When clicking a notification message, it will now take you to the conversation that the notification is for!
Workflows - Repeat Daily: You can now set Workflows to repeat daily alongside the other repeat options!
Settings - Phone Numbers: There is a new 'Type' column on the Phone Numbers tab that will show if your number is a standard number (from our carrier), a ported number, or a hosted number!
Account - Suspended: When an account is suspended, you will be alerted upon sign-in that the account is suspended, and you'll be prompted to contact support.
Workflows - Repeat Daily: You can now set a Workflow to repeat daily alongside the other options of weekly, monthly, and yearly!
People - Reorder Contacts: The People tab has been reordered so that Unknown contacts (contacts without a name) will be displayed at the bottom of the page instead of the top.
Mobile - Mention: You can now mention other Users when leaving a Note in a conversation on the mobile app!
🐛Fixes:
Workflow - Trigger Change: When a Calendar Date Trigger is changed to a Connect Card Trigger, it will now save the first time that change is made.
Messages - Send to All: The "Select All" option will now properly send to all contacts when set as the recipient.
Messages - Recipient: The Recipient field will now show the correct recipient(s) when viewing sent messages.
Messages - Emails: When a contact is in multiple Groups, and an email is sent to those Groups, that contact will no longer receive duplicate copies of the email.
Messages - Editing Pending: Formatting will now be preserved when editing a message that contains newline characters.
Messages - Email Text Alignment: Center-aligned text in Personal email templates will now be received center-aligned as well.
Inbox - Notes: When tagging another User, they will now be taken to the note they were tagged in when clicking 'view note' in their notification email.
Workflows - Message Order: Messages will now display in the right order when scheduled using Wait __ Minutes or Wait __ Hours scheduling.
Here are some of the enhancements and fixes from our last two updates of 2025, and our latest update this year!
✨Enhancements:
People - Numbers: The primary and secondary labels for phone numbers have been updated to mobile for primary and landline for secondary.
People - State / Province: When a contact's Country is set to Canada, the State field will update to show Province instead!
People - New Tabs: The People section now has new tabs you can use to view User-created contacts, system-generated contacts, and blocked and archived contacts!
Groups - Search: You can now search your Groups tab by Keywords and Tags using the search bar! Just enter Keyword: or Tag: and then the Keyword or Tag to pull up the appropriate results!
Sent Messages - Credit Usage Details: You'll now see how many credits were used from your allotment when viewing messages in the Sent folder.
Workflow - Reports: Keyword and Connect Card Workflow Triggers now have a Report, like other Triggers.
Workflow - Message Title: You will no longer need to click "Save Step" at the bottom of the message to save its title. The blue checkmark will save that title change for you!
Keyword - Auto Reply: The allotment for Keyword Automated Replies in Groups is now 459 characters to match the allotment for SMS messages.
Pages - Multiple Buttons: Pages can now have more than one button, so you can call your recipients to action in multiple ways!
Pages - Notifications: Pages can now notify you when they have received a number of views, clicks, plays, or likes!
SMS - Smart Punctuation: When some smart punctuation is pasted into an SMS message, it will be converted to standard characters, so your allotment is not impacted!
(Example: “That’s a ‘magic’ shoe.” will turn into "That's a 'magic' shoe.")
Mobile - Voice Broadcasts: Voice Broadcasts are now available on the mobile app!
Voice Broadcasts - M4A files: The system will now automatically convert M4A files to the accepted file types (MP3 & WAV), so you can upload your file without having to convert it!
PCO Add-on - Dark Mode: PCO recently shipped out their dark mode! To match this setting, we've updated our logo in the PCO Add-on for those using dark mode.
🐛Fixes:
Mobile App - Calling: Calls failing due to an app initialization error should now be resolved; call with confidence!
Variables - Comments: Messages that include the {COMMENTS} Variable will no longer show {CONTACT_COMMENT_TEXT} if the contact does not have any comments.
Variables - Reminder Emails: Reminder emails using Variables in the body and the subject line should now use the information of the contact the message is about, not the recipient of the email.
Firefox - Message Templates: When editing a Message Template in Firefox, the original spacing will be preserved.
Email - Message Templates: Message Templates for emails created by copying and pasting will no longer be cut off after being saved!
Mobile - Call Dropping: Changes on the backend of the mobile app have corrected the trouble some members had with calls dropping.
Workflows - Simulate: After making a change to a Workflow, that change will be reflected when you simulate the Workflow again, without having to refresh your page!
Calling - Digital Receptionists: Digital Receptionists that are only set to collect a voicemail will no longer have the call drop.
