Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When a contact texts in a Keyword with other text, I want to have the ability to enable the system to recognize that Keyword among the other text in their message to trigger additional automation.

Add the option to include common misspellings to keywords that would still connect to the appropriate Keyword link - Keyword - Pray Misspellings - Prey, Prays, Prayer, Prayers

Description: We’d love to see a feature that allows prayer requests to be automatically shared with a separate group when someone texts in the keyword PRAY 🙏✨ How It Would Work: A person texts the keyword PRAY to the church’s Text In Church number 📱💬 Their prayer request is collected and stored with custom contact fields (so we can track details like prayer category, urgency, or follow-up status) 📝 Instead of only sending a staff notification, the request would automatically forward to a designated group that changes for those that wish to pray (ex. PrayTeam) 👥 Everyone in the PrayTeam group receives the request at the same time 🔔💌, so the whole team can pray immediately, rather than just one staff member relaying it later. Why This Matters: Creates faster, more unified prayer support for members 🙌 Lightens the load on staff by letting the whole prayer team receive requests directly 💪

I want the ability to create an automated weekly report that sends me the information of everyone who texted specific Keywords so I can easily have this information sent to me automatically.

When an existing contact texts a keyword, I would like them to be added to the group and synced over to CCB (added to the group there). Currently, TIC is not adding existing contacts to the group in CCB; it sees they are not currently a member and removes them from the TIC group. This is the opposite of what we want. It effectively doubles our work to have someone sign up for a group by text and still have to manually add them in our master database!

When I click the "See More" Button on the Keywords List in my dashboard, I would like to have the option to see all Keywords I'm using, edit/make changes, or delete them from the Dashboard without being redirected to the Groups page so that my workflows are more efficient.
