When I add someone to a group they're already in, I want it to give me a red flag that they're already in the group and workflows won't be retriggered unless they are first removed from the group. Instead of a green flag that says they have been successfully added. So that I cannot be mislead into thinking it will retrigger the workflow.

When I click on a contact in a Group, I want the ability to add a comment in the side-card that pops up, so I don't have to click as much to quickly add comments.

When I am selecting contacts in a Group, I want the ability to click a "Select All" button so I can select all the contacts in the Group without having to load them all first by scrolling down.

Track Replies to Specific Group Messages

Description: Currently, replies to group messages land in the inbox with no way to filter or track them back to the specific message that was sent. This makes it hard to evaluate engagement or follow up effectively. Request: Please add the ability to view replies tied directly to a specific group message—either as a filtered inbox view or a simple engagement report. Why It Matters: Helps track response rates and identify who engaged Allows us to evaluate and improve message wording over time Supports smarter, more intentional communication strategies This would be a game-changer for measuring impact and refining how we connect with people. 💬📊

Send Staff Notifications to Groups

When setting up a Workflow, I would like to be able to send a Staff Notification to a Group so that whoever is in that Group (managed by the PCO Integration Automation) each week will receive it, rather than being limited to static and set individual/individuals, allowing my system to be fully automated with minimal manual monitoring.
