Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When I want to re-use a calendar date Workflow that contacts have already been through, I want the ability to re-trigger the Workflow so I can easily re-use this Workflow.

When I assign a new person to a workflow (e.g. Guest Follow-up) It would be nice to have the options of customizing the initial welcome text. In other words, it would make it more personal if I could mention names of spouse or children. Global variables is not an option as the text would contain blanks when a person did not have a spouse or kids.

Problem There's no way to see which workflow a Connect Card is linked to without opening each workflow individually and checking its trigger settings. Members have to do manual detective work to connect the dots. Requested Feature Display the linked workflow name directly on the Connect Card (in the card list or card settings view), so members can see the connection at a glance without navigating away.

I'm not sure where this started from, but we found two URLs in our recent texts that were bad. They were shortened links, but they had www. in them instead of just form.church . One had been working just fine, and I'm not sure when or how the change was made as we had been using that form for the last 3 years. The other was a workflow that was not created by me. What I'd love is for an easier way to audit or search the workflows, such as maybe being able to download them so I could run them through AI for any text that I need to update. This could be for the broken URLs, for finding messages with a past staff member whose name needs to be removed, or an event title that needs to be updated, etc. For our issue, one URL was in the workflow, one was in the automated message the person receives after texting the keyword.

When I have a lot of contacts in a Workflow, I want the ability to cancel multiple people's steps or send multiple people's steps so doing this manually takes less time

When I am setting up a Staff Reminder message, I want the limit to be 20 people instead of 10 people because many mid-sized to large churches would find this useful, as there are many possibilities for using that reminder system.

I would love a way to hover over a contact when selected in a send to section of an automated workflow to see which contact I am sending to. I have several of our team who have a contact with the same phone number but different emails. Because their phone is the same, I can't edit the contact and save it to make their name slightly different to tell which one I am sending to.

Add "Voice Broadcast" as a selectable step type when building or editing an Automated Workflow.

When presenting to other members of my team and reviewing the details of Automated Workflow steps, I'd like to be able to export out the details to have on paper. I would also like to be able to then re-import the CSV FIle of workflow steps back into TIC. This is helpful in board presentations when explaining our follow up system.

They deactivate too easily. I have to constantly check them. My Easter one deactivated after activating it multiple times. Quite frustrating.
