It would be incredibly helpful if a workflow could be triggered by a stored variable date, rather than only by a fixed calendar date or fixed recurring interval.

For example, we have an event that happens approximately every other month, but the date is not the same each time. I’d like to create one workflow that invites people to the event, with the workflow’s trigger date based on a variable/event date that we can update for each occurrence.

Ideally, I could reuse the same workflow and simply update the variable date for the next event without having to duplicate the workflow, recreate it, or schedule individual messages.

This would make workflows much more flexible for recurring events that happen regularly but don’t follow a predictable calendar pattern.
