Transfer call to an external number
I want the ability to transfer a call to an external number that's not in our account so I can easily do this without having to add the number to the account.

Overage Alert for Callers
When I have more Callers than my plan includes, I want an alert/banner/some kind of notification so I will know that an overage charge will be on my next bill.

Vacation Mode
When one of my callers goes on vacation and doesn't want to receive calls, there should be a vacation mode so I don't have to update their hours or disable the caller all together. Also, to have a separate voicemail explaining when they will be back.

Use landlines as a Human Receptionist
I would like to be able to assign my landline as a Human Receptionist to so that I can receive calls to our office.

Schedule Teams
When I have a Team, I want to set up automation so they can be rotated as the Team on call based on a schedule I set so I do not have to manually change this.

Call Forwarding Holiday Hours
When I have Callers with operating hours, I'd like to have a toggle or setting that lets me swap them to 'holiday hours' so they do not receive calls or only receive them at specific times I set, so I do not have to remove and add back my Caller's operating hours when we're leaving for or returning from the holidays.
