Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When I set up my account, I would like to have the option to have invoices emailed to me for record keeping.

When setting up a new user I would like to be able to select a role that we setup for our basic low access user. Everyone does not need most of the permissions that are defaulted to on. Would be great to have atleast 5 presets.

As an admin, I would like to be able to report for a time period on user activity (which users sent how many messages)

When a User in the account changes the subscription, I want a log showing who changed it and when they changed it so I can clearly see who changed the plan and when

I want the ability to set the dates and times for the After Hours Auto Reply to start and stop so I do not have to turn it off and on manually.

When I have Message Templates, I want them to be sorted alphabetically and I want the ability to search for specific Templates so they are easier to find.

When setting up a new user on my account, I want to be able to set a budget of how much of the allotment they can use. This way the allotment can be better managed and shared between all users on our account.

When adding new users, I would like to enter custom Job Titles since a lot of the positions in our Church don't match the predefined list you offer.

When I'm using the After Hours Auto Reply, I want the ability to set hours for each day of the week so we don't have to manually adjust this each day.

When I have limited-access Users, I want the ability to control what fields they have access to viewing in contacts, so if they do not need access to someone's address, that can be hidden from them.
