Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

I would like the ability to set up an auto-reply message for staff for vacation, busniess trips etc. It would be helpful to have a start and end date that can be preset with a message that can include who to contact while they are away.

When creating a Digital Receptionist, I would like the ability to forward to another phone number(line) within the TIC Account (right now it's limited to Callers and Teams), so I can support multiple campuses/ministries and how they use their TIC phone settings.

When someone calls into our main phone number, I would like to have the ability to setup multiple Digital Receptionists that can be assigned an extension for cross-routing between teams and purposes, so that the call is routed correctly and specifically to the Caller or Team it is meant for.

When I have a Digital Receptionist, I want the ability to set office hours or a schedule for them so I can have it automatically swap to a different message or Digital Receptionist while we're out of office

When a voicemail notification is sent, the subject line should either reflect the church name it's coming from or be an editable setting!

When I'm using a Digital Receptionist, I want to the option to set a voice for each action so I can use a Spanish speaking voice for some actions and English speaking voices for other actions so incoming callers can choose their preferred language when calling in

When I'm using a Digital Receptionist, I want the option to forward the call to our landline so calls can be answered there as well.

I want the asterisk button to send people back to the main menu so people can use the button they're already accustomed to pressing to achieve this
