When I am creating a QR Code for my Contact Card, I want the ability to include a picture for a profile picture for that contact so we can include this when contacts save our number

When I use the link shortener, I would like TIC to generate a random slug, so I don't have to create a custom slug every time. example: into.church/ksdfj39384

I would like the ability to download my call history into Excel so that I can sort by day, time, receiver. This would help me operationalize my staff better on busier or slower times.

I would like to be able to sync Connect Card Custom Fields into CCB to better track custom information between CCB and TIC.

When I am putting long links in a text, I would like to just hit a button to shorten the link with random characters. I'm not interested in having to choose my own root url or slug. I just need it to be shorter.

When I'm creating a QR Code, I want more options for the shape of the QR Code so I can have a circle QR Code or other shapes

After importing a .CSV file, I want a downloadable report of all the contacts who could not be added or updated so I can easily review this information

when I created a QR code with my logo in the middle, it would prevent it from being scanned. I tried resizing the photo, scanning different sizes and media... it just won't scan with the logo in it.

When I am exporting contacts, I want the option to export just the contacts who have opted out of SMS or email, so I can easily gather this information with fewer clicks.

I would like a report or export ability by user to verify/count messages that have been sent. If I am using workflows, I lose the ability to see the message in the sent box as a group.
