Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When I am having calls ring to a desktop phone, I want the ability to check my voicemails from that desktop phone as well so I do not have to check them somewhere else.

When I receive a voicemail notification, I would like to be able to have a tag or a label with it, so I know what action the person made before it was sent to voicemail (e.g. pressed 6 to try and reach rentals or press 8 to request food assistance). Multiple voicemails for different departments sometimes get sent to the same person so that the person seeing the voicemail knows where it came from before having to hear the contents first.

I want the option to restore voicemails deleted in the last week so if anything was accidentally deleted it can be restored and followed-up on

When a voicemail is collected by the Digital Receptionist, I want the voicemail to show it's for the person I'm notifying or I want to be able to filter voicemails by who is being notified so they can easily find the voicemails they're being notified of and need to follow-up with

When a voicemail is left, I want the ability to reassign it so that if another staff member needs access to it, they can easily gain access to the voicemail.

When viewing voicemail content in the Phone App, would like to be able to select text content to copy and paste into a new text message. Even better would be able to just 'forward to text' in a text message format.

When I do not have calling, I still want the ability to set my own Text In Church voicemail greeting, so I have more control over what incoming callers hear.

When I press the "Call back" button after listening to the voicemail, I want to be able to choose whether to call from the desktop browser, send it through to my personal phone number, or through the Text in Church app, instead of just connecting through my personal phone number.

When a voicemail is left after the call is forwarded to a Human Receptionist, I want the voicemail to show that it's for the Human Receptionist instead of General so it's easier to see who the voicemail is for.

When I receive a voicemail notification and the contact who left the voicemail doesn't have a name, I want it to show their phone number in the email I receive so I can easily see what number left the voicemail.
