When I receive a voicemail notification, I would like to be able to have a tag or a label with it, so I know what action the person made before it was sent to voicemail (e.g. pressed 6 to try and reach rentals or press 8 to request food assistance). Multiple voicemails for different departments sometimes get sent to the same person so that the person seeing the voicemail knows where it came from before having to hear the contents first.

This might also help when someone just says "please call me back" or "I have a question" and doesn't give any context as to why they are calling (so it might give a clue to which team to send it through to).
