Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

Pretty much every email platforms allows me to send out a test message to one person or a list of people (via check boxes). Backstory: I kept sending out a "test text to myself" to myself and a team lead. once it got approved, didn't want to retype the message so i copied and pasted it from my phone and forgot to update the merge tag back from David to {{Merge Tag First Name}}... and 2,500 people got a text saying "HEY DAVID,...." tragic day.

I need the message template to allow for more characters than 160, like unlimited or at least 500-600. I am trying to send a thorough email but am limited and it will take 3 emails to send what I am trying to send in one which isn't very efficient.

We have multiple phone numbers in our account. Recently, I had been texting someone from one phone number and then accidentally responded from a different phone number. It would be great if the system could give a pop up warning and say "are you sure you want to send from this phone number" if a message is sent from a different phone number than the previous message had been sent from.

When there is sample text like "Hey {FIRST_NAME}" in a message, I want the ability to press tab to have that sample text added to my message, so I do not have to type it.

When I'm creating a new email message and have to use a template, it would be really great to have a search bar to add a keyword and find the template.

When a contact's message fails, I want the ability to edit and resend the failed message to that contact so I do not have to recreate the failed message.

When viewing the summary for a group message sent, it would be helpful to be able to see the undelivered messages broken up by code. For example, to see 453 messages were undelivered due to opting out, 35 were landlines, etc. Instead of having one number lumped together and having to click "view" next to each person to see the reason for each undelivered message.

When a message fails to send I would like an alert to be sent to me via email or text to let me know my message failed to send to look into this.

When I am in the Inbox, I want the ability to search for words that I've sent or received from a contact instead of just their names so I can easily find relevant conversations that include that word.

When I am viewing my Inbox I want it to be in chronological order of the last interaction not the last message I received from them so I can better track when interactions occurred
