Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When a message fails for some (or all) recipients, I want there to be a folder the failed messages go to, so I can easily review just the failures and reasons for failure without having to look through the entire sent folder.

It would be helpful to allow recipients to opt out of specific text topics or communication categories instead of unsubscribing from all text messages. For example, a parent may want to continue receiving Kids Ministry updates while opting out of general newsletters or other church-wide communications.

I want to be able to send emails from my own domain instead of notifications@emails.church . So I can make my messages even more personalized.

When messaging Groups, I want to set a number for the system to default to for that Group specifically so I do not have to manually choose it each time.

When I create a message, I want to be able to select a group and then manually filter certain people out of said group so that I can better control who is receiving this message!

When I'm an Admin, I want the ability to choose what numbers or contacts I receive notifications for so I can only receive notifications that are relevant to me

Add a new permission option that allows a user to send messages to groups without receiving the reply messages back. An administrator or staff member (such as a church secretary or group leader) may need to send out communications to groups on behalf of the organization, but does not need to be included in the return replies or group conversation threads. This would help reduce inbox clutter and keep message management more organized.

When a message fails to send I would like an alert to be sent to me via email or text to let me know my message failed to send to look into this.

A group message feature that behaves like a traditional group message on a phone. When a recipient replies, everyone in the group receives the message.

When scheduling Messages on a repeating basis, I would like the ability to set the Message to send on a specific day and week each month (for example, third Tuesdays), so that I can ensure that the Messages go out on a specific rhythm that matches our schedule and normal ministry rhythms!
