Pretty much every email platforms allows me to send out a test message to one person or a list of people (via check boxes). Backstory: I kept sending out a "test text to myself" to myself and a team lead. once it got approved, didn't want to retype the message so i copied and pasted it from my phone and forgot to update the merge tag back from David to {{Merge Tag First Name}}... and 2,500 people got a text saying "HEY DAVID,...." tragic day.

We have multiple phone numbers in our account. Recently, I had been texting someone from one phone number and then accidentally responded from a different phone number. It would be great if the system could give a pop up warning and say "are you sure you want to send from this phone number" if a message is sent from a different phone number than the previous message had been sent from.

When a contact's message fails, I want the ability to edit and resend the failed message to that contact so I do not have to recreate the failed message.

When scheduling texts, I want the ability to set recurring texts so I don't have to schedule the same text repeatedly. For example, I want the ability to schedule the same text to be sent weekly.

We’d love to request a dashboard-level feature that provides visibility into failed text messages—making it easy for users to identify, review, and resolve message delivery issues in real time.

When I'm texting, I want the ability to send more characters than 459 so I can spend more time communicating and less time trying to make my message at or under this limit.

We have 2 lines on text in church and when someone texts in on our next gen line and not our primary line we have to click we are responding from the next gen number. If we don't it will respond from the default (main) number. It confuses a lot of people because on our screens it's one continual thread, but on their screens they're getting text from 2 different numbers. If someone text in on a different line, I would love it if TIC would automatically respond with that same line.

I would like to be able to assign incoming conversations to certain staff when they come in so that we can track whether follow up was completed and by whom.

When I am looking at a contact, I want the ability to create a message and send it to them without having to navigate to a different tab or page so I can easily send a message to that person when I'm looking at their contact.

When I send a text message, I want the ability to see if a person has read or opened the text, so it's easier to track engagement.
