When a group stops syncing correctly with an integration (PCO or in our case CCB), I would like to be notified.

We had 2 system generated contacts from Text in Church sync over to CCB without names, causing their contacts to be named "unknown unknown." This is not helpful and we'd like it not to happen.

I love using Logos Bible Software, but the process of getting the material to people is too complex. It requires downloading licenses and managing resources for each person individually. I suggest creating a reading plan within the resource and providing a link for a free copy to be placed in the user's library. This would simplify the process significantly, especially for larger groups.

There is no way to see what log in is being used for the integration. If there ever needs to be a change or there is a question about which user's log in is being used, there is no way to tell. The only way right now is for them to disconnect and reconnect the integration - which causes many issues since this disconnects everything from their Text In Church account.

When I am connecting Integrations to my Text In Church account, I would like to be able to connect multiples of the same kind of Integration into a single Text In Church account so that all of my workflows exists in one place.

provide integration to REALM. serves 50,000 churches throughout the US. They have some text functionality in REALM, but it is not nearly as robust as Text In Church

When I have a Workflow set to remove contacts from a Group, I want the option to tell the system not to sync them back in to the Group after they've been removed, so the sync isn't automatically adding them back after they've been removed from the Group by the Workflow.

When a person is removed from PCO, auto-archive the person in Text In Church and show this in the sync logs. Auto archiving ensures they do not receive further communication.

When I sync contacts from Rock RMS, I want to be able to select what part of the name to sync, so that when I create emails or messages using variables, I can use their preferred name (nickname) instead of their first name
