I want the contact in Text In Church to be archived if I make them inactive in PCO so their status is up to date in both platforms without having to manage two different Platforms.

Allowing TIC to start a new profile in Planning Center Online, when someone texts a Keyword, by filling in the name, email, and cell number. (This is a feature PastorsLine and and I really miss it).

I want the contact in Text In Church to be archived if I make them inactive in CCB so their status is up to date in both platforms.

When choosing which groups/lists I want to sync into Text in Church I want the option to sync all my groups/lists so I can easily sync everything over!

When I'm using Text In Church, I want an integration with Subsplash so it can sync contact information like phone numbers and names between both platforms so we don't have to manually update both platforms.

Integration with Constant Contact

provide integration to REALM. serves 50,000 churches throughout the US. They have some text functionality in REALM, but it is not nearly as robust as Text In Church

When I am using Calling to make or receive phone calls, I would like to log that in Planning Center similarly to how texts and emails are logged. I'd love for the tag that gets pushed from TIC to PCO to be "TIC-Phone Call" so I can trigger PCO automations based on the phone calls. This will help ensure that we are tracking phone calls to our members to care for them well.

When syncing contacts from CCB, I would like them to be added if they have a unique phone number, even if they have the same email address with another contact. Many couples share an email address but have different phone numbers, and one spouse is getting dropped when we should/could be texting them at their unique number.

When I'm syncing contacts I want the option to choose what information syncs into the account, so if I do not need emails to sync in, they do not sync in and potentially flag contacts as duplicates for sharing the same email address when we will not be sending emails through Text In Church.
