When syncing contacts from CCB, I would like them to be added if they have a unique phone number, even if they have the same email address with another contact. Many couples share an email address but have different phone numbers, and one spouse is getting dropped when we should/could be texting them at their unique number.

When I'm syncing contacts I want the option to choose what information syncs into the account, so if I do not need emails to sync in, they do not sync in and potentially flag contacts as duplicates for sharing the same email address when we will not be sending emails through Text In Church.

When I have a Workflow set to remove contacts from a Group, I want the option to tell the system not to sync them back in to the Group after they've been removed, so the sync isn't automatically adding them back after they've been removed from the Group by the Workflow.

When attempting to send a Message using the Text In Church Add-On Tool in Planning Center, I would like to be notified or given an error if the Message I'm attempting to send isn't triggered, fails, or delays so that I'm aware if there was an issue. There is currently no error or notification to indicate something went wrong.

When I have a Group in Text In Church, I want the ability to push that Group into Planning Center as a List so I can easily have that List created and those contacts sync into Planning Center

When I am using Text In Church, I want the ability to send messages through WhatsApp with my number as well so I can easily contact people using that app (like missionaries).

Allow the ability to sync child profiles from PCO without the workaround of importing so the workflow automations can be used.

When a group stops syncing correctly with an integration (PCO or in our case CCB), I would like to be notified.

We had 2 system generated contacts from Text in Church sync over to CCB without names, causing their contacts to be named "unknown unknown." This is not helpful and we'd like it not to happen.

I love using Logos Bible Software, but the process of getting the material to people is too complex. It requires downloading licenses and managing resources for each person individually. I suggest creating a reading plan within the resource and providing a link for a free copy to be placed in the user's library. This would simplify the process significantly, especially for larger groups.
