Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When a message has been pending past when it's scheduled to send (or a normal pending time), I want to have an alert sent to the person who scheduled the message so they can be alerted that there is trouble with the message being sent.

When we have a missed call, I do not want a notification in the Inbox so I don't have to remove the notification in multiple places

When I am in the Inbox, I want the ability to search for words that I've sent or received from a contact instead of just their names so I can easily find relevant conversations that include that word.

I would like my inbox to refresh automatically to show new messages in my inbox and not have to click the "refresh" button to see if there are any present.

When utilizing the messages or voicemails, I'd like to be able to mark items as read only for me so that the notification persists for others but not for myself.

When I look at my messages inbox, I want to be able to sort it different criteria, so different messages will show first based on that criteria. Like sorting by newest, oldest, or unread messages first. (Ex. the way you can sort your email inbox)

When viewing the summary for a group message sent, it would be helpful to be able to see the undelivered messages broken up by code. For example, to see 453 messages were undelivered due to opting out, 35 were landlines, etc. Instead of having one number lumped together and having to click "view" next to each person to see the reason for each undelivered message.

When I'm in the Messages tab, I want the ability to filter the Inbox, Sent, and Pending tabs by the User who sent the message so I can easily find the conversations most relevant to me without seeing other User's messages.

When I am viewing the Sent folder, I want a separate Sent folder for each number or a way to only see the Sent messages for a specific number so I can easily see just the messages sent from that number.

When interacting with the Web Inboxes, would like to be able to Copy &/or Forward selected messages into a Text OR Email message.
