Clarify Call Log - Leaving Voicemail
When the system attempts to capture a voicemail, it is logged as "leaving voicemail." I would like to to say "Voicemail Capture Attempted" so that it is clear to me that the system is attempting to capture the voicemail. Then, when a voicemail recording is actually captured, say "Voicemail Captured, Notifying Calling Vmail" so it is clear to my User/Callers what each of the statuses mean.

Voicemail on Desktop Phone
When I am having calls ring to a desktop phone, I want the ability to check my voicemails from that desktop phone as well so I do not have to check them somewhere else.

When I'm in the Call History tab, I want the ability to call them back from this tab so it's easy to redial and connect with this person.

When the Digital Receptionist forwards a call to voicemail, append a tag
When I receive a voicemail notification, I would like to be able to have a tag or a label with it, so I know what action the person made before it was sent to voicemail (e.g. pressed 6 to try and reach rentals or press 8 to request food assistance). Multiple voicemails for different departments sometimes get sent to the same person so that the person seeing the voicemail knows where it came from before having to hear the contents first.

Custom Ringtone
When I am receiving calls, I want the ability to use a third-party ringtone I already have installed on my phone so I can have more control over what notification I hear for incoming calls

Transfer call to an external number
I want the ability to transfer a call to an external number that's not in our account so I can easily do this without having to add the number to the account.

Warm transfer calls
When transferring calls, we would like to be able to warm transfer the call, letting the person receiving the call know that the call is incoming!

Overage Alert for Callers
When I have more Callers than my plan includes, I want an alert/banner/some kind of notification so I will know that an overage charge will be on my next bill.

Alert When Voicemail is Corrupted
When a voicemail message for a Caller is corrupted or needs to be re-recorded, I want an alert/notice/error that indicates this so we can promptly fix it

Teams as Human receptionist
When I'm setting up a Human Receptionist, I want the option to select a Team of Callers for this so each of them can be notified of the call at the same time before it goes to a Digital Receptionist
