Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When a call comes in on my mobile phone from text in church, I would like a specific ringtone option. Yes, when I look at my screen it is obvious that the call is coming in from text in church. But, it would be helpful for me to know that from across the room, when I am not holding my phone.

It would be helpful to have the ability to customize the email notifications sent to Teams. Specifically, adding the option to include the Team Name in the subject line would make backend routing and organization much smoother.

Would love the ability to call internal extensions through the Text In Church app, similar to an intercom system on a traditional landline setup. For example, being able to dial a colleague's extension directly from the app and have the call routed however that user has their routing set up, whether that is mobile, landline, or web. This would be especially useful for larger churches managing multiple staff members and departments.

For desktop phones, if an outside business calls us (returning a request for a cleaning quote or roofing, for example) we wont be able to see who is calling. It would be helpful to activate caller ID on incoming calls when people are not saved in our contact database already.

I would like to be able to record a conversation during a phone call. I could then refer to the phone call for clarifications on what was said and accountability.

When I'm in the Call History tab, I want the ability to call them back from this tab so it's easy to redial and connect with this person.

When I do not have calling, I still want the ability to set my own Text In Church voicemail greeting, so I have more control over what incoming callers hear.

When the system attempts to capture a voicemail, it is logged as "leaving voicemail." I would like to to say "Voicemail Capture Attempted" so that it is clear to me that the system is attempting to capture the voicemail. Then, when a voicemail recording is actually captured, say "Voicemail Captured, Notifying Calling Vmail" so it is clear to my User/Callers what each of the statuses mean.

When I am having calls ring to a desktop phone, I want the ability to check my voicemails from that desktop phone as well so I do not have to check them somewhere else.

When I receive a voicemail notification, I would like to be able to have a tag or a label with it, so I know what action the person made before it was sent to voicemail (e.g. pressed 6 to try and reach rentals or press 8 to request food assistance). Multiple voicemails for different departments sometimes get sent to the same person so that the person seeing the voicemail knows where it came from before having to hear the contents first.
