Allow multiple contacts to sync over with the same number, keeping them in the correct groups / lists they belong to.

When viewing an individual’s active workflows, I’d like the ability to filter by a specific workflow so I can quickly find and cancel the correct step without sorting through unrelated workflows.

It would be great to have a bulk archive or delete option for contacts, groups or a combination. For example, remove any people in group XXX. It may also be nice to be able to import a csv with the people to delete. We did a large import for a one off project and now I am stuck with manually deleting almost a 1000 people which is less then optimal. Thank you

When I add someone to a group, it would be great to be able to add them to multiple groups at the same time instead of adding them to 1 group at a time.

When I open up a group and look at the list of contacts, could we get the green and red bubble indicators next to their phone and email on the group list. That way I can easily see people added to a group that are opted in and out rather than needing to go into each contact.

When someone unsubscribes either through email or text in TIC, I want an automated email sent to our team, so that we can then update their Planning Center profile as well.

I want the ability to press a button when I'm looking through our people for duplicates so I can easily find all the duplicates and correct them as needed

When a person texts our number with no name, then their contact is added to our software integration (CCB), I would like the sync to match the number and add their name to their contact.

When I add a Comment to a contact, I want the ability to edit this Comment so I can easily update this information without having to delete and recreate the updated Comment.

I want the ability to search for contacts based on the value in their Custom Field so I can easily find contacts who have submitted a specific response in their Custom Field
