I would also like to see a report for callers on my account, and whether they are actually using their account, so that if they are not, we can have a conversation about retiring their account so that we can free up an account if we are at capacity with our plan/subscription

It would be very helpful to be able to pull a quick report at the end of the month that would tell me which users sent out messages and how many. I would like to be able to charge each department line item at the end of the month.
