When adding new users, I would like to enter custom Job Titles since a lot of the positions in our Church don't match the predefined list you offer.

I also belive this is an important feature that should be addressed! At least add a couple of generic items like "Staff Minister/Pastor", Ministry Area Coordinator, etc.
