Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

It would be helpful if automated workflows that are triggered by joining the group included a “Schedule for Specific Date/Time” step instead of only delay-based timing. For example, in our Holiday Plan Your Visit workflow, guests currently receive messages based on when they join the workflow. We’d love the option to schedule a message for a fixed date (like the Saturday before Father's Day), regardless of when they entered the automation.

When a call comes in on my mobile phone from text in church, I would like a specific ringtone option. Yes, when I look at my screen it is obvious that the call is coming in from text in church. But, it would be helpful for me to know that from across the room, when I am not holding my phone.

I would like the ability to search in People and Groups for tags.

I used to be able to record and send voice broadcasts from my landline or cellphone. It would be great if I could have this capability again, as it allows for more flexibility and convenience when sending messages on the go. I hope this feature can be added back to the mobile app soon.

There is no way to see what log in is being used for the integration. If there ever needs to be a change or there is a question about which user's log in is being used, there is no way to tell. The only way right now is for them to disconnect and reconnect the integration - which causes many issues since this disconnects everything from their Text In Church account.

When logging into my account, I want to have options for using a verification app or email to complete 2-Factor Authentication, instead of only having a mobile number option.

When I have a Group, I want the ability to assign multiple Keywords to one Group so I do not have to create multiple Groups and Workflows. For instance, people can text both "QUESTION" and "QUESTIONS" as the keyword and be automatically linked into the same group.

When I'm entering birthdays I want to type in the data instead of using a calendar so I don't have to click as much

When composing a message, I'd like to have a draft option that will save the message if I need to leave the page or correct a previous step.

Add the option to include common misspellings to keywords that would still connect to the appropriate Keyword link - Keyword - Pray Misspellings - Prey, Prays, Prayer, Prayers
