Enable voice broadcast from mobile devices
I used to be able to record and send voice broadcasts from my landline or cellphone. It would be great if I could have this capability again, as it allows for more flexibility and convenience when sending messages on the go. I hope this feature can be added back to the mobile app soon.

Additional options for 2FA
When logging into my account, I want to have options for using a verification app or email to complete 2-Factor Authentication, instead of only having a mobile number option.

It would be great to have an inbox for each phone number. That way the user could manage their own messages and it not get lost in the multiple messages!

Processed Date and Time in Workflows tab
When I am in the Processed section of the Workflows tab for a contact, I want a column that shows the processed date and time so I can easily see this without having to hover over the text, or know that I need to hover over the text to see this.

Automatically mark message as "read" when you open the message thread
It would improve efficiency and user experience if messages were automatically marked as read when opened, with the option to manually mark them as unread afterward if needed. This mirrors the behavior on iPhones (and possibly other platforms), where a user can revisit a message and choose to mark it as unread if they want to follow up later. This approach feels more intuitive and less time-consuming—especially for users who handle high volumes of messages daily. It eliminates the need to manually mark every message as “read” after reviewing it, which can be tedious when no response is required.

Show size of groups
We just accidentally sent out thousands of text messages. When you show the available groups in "Send text message to" could you include the number of current members after the title?

Add existing contacts to a group (sync issue)
When an existing contact texts a keyword, I would like them to be added to the group and synced over to CCB (added to the group there). Currently, TIC is not adding existing contacts to the group in CCB; it sees they are not currently a member and removes them from the TIC group. This is the opposite of what we want. It effectively doubles our work to have someone sign up for a group by text and still have to manually add them in our master database!

Repeat daily option
There are currently repeat options for weekly, monthly, and yearly Workflows, but there is no option to repeat daily. This makes it difficult to set up something like a 21-day repeating text sequence, since there is no daily repeat option available.

Failed Message Report
When I have messages that fail, I want the ability to run a report or export a list of the failed messages and why they failed so I can easily reference this information.
