Relabel to Province in Contact Record for Canada

When selecting Canada as the Country in the Contact Record, I would like "State' to be relabeled to 'Province', so it's accurate to my community and the people I serve.

In our latest update, the 'State' field will now update to 'Province' when a contact's 'Country' field is updated to Canada! 🎉
