When we have a missed call, I do not want a notification in the Inbox so I don't have to remove the notification in multiple places

When a person is removed from PCO, auto-archive the person in Text In Church and show this in the sync logs. Auto archiving ensures they do not receive further communication.

When I am in the Inbox, I want the ability to search for words that I've sent or received from a contact instead of just their names so I can easily find relevant conversations that include that word.

When I have contacts in a Group, I want the ability to change how the system sorts them by default so I do not have to always change the sorting to what works best for us.

When I am looking at a contact, I want the ability to create a message and send it to them without having to navigate to a different tab or page so I can easily send a message to that person when I'm looking at their contact.

They deactivate too easily. I have to constantly check them. My Easter one deactivated after activating it multiple times. Quite frustrating.

When I'm using Text In Church, I want the ability to use RCS so I can better communicate with my contacts and not have the character limitations of SMS. The main reason we want RCS is to have the ability to use Open Graph Preview or a Meta Tags Preview

I want the ability to set up polls in Text In Church to quickly poll my community via text message (not opening a separate link) they should be able to reply with 1, 2, 3 or A B C to cast their vote in real time.

When I am using an Automated Workflow, I want the ability to set what triggers a message for each message rather than the entire Workflow so I do not have to have separate Workflows for each message. For example: a Workflow where it sends a text with thank you video after they fill out a form and another message that's based on when we need a reminder sent right before an event date.

When scheduling Messages on a repeating basis, I would like the ability to set the Message to send on a specific day and week each month (for example, third Tuesdays), so that I can ensure that the Messages go out on a specific rhythm that matches our schedule and normal ministry rhythms!
