Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

We have multiple phone numbers in our account. Recently, I had been texting someone from one phone number and then accidentally responded from a different phone number. It would be great if the system could give a pop up warning and say "are you sure you want to send from this phone number" if a message is sent from a different phone number than the previous message had been sent from.

When presenting to other members of my team and reviewing the details of Automated Workflow steps, I'd like to be able to export out the details to have on paper. I would also like to be able to then re-import the CSV FIle of workflow steps back into TIC. This is helpful in board presentations when explaining our follow up system.

When a contact's message fails, I want the ability to edit and resend the failed message to that contact so I do not have to recreate the failed message.

When a message fails to send I would like an alert to be sent to me via email or text to let me know my message failed to send to look into this.

When I am in the Inbox, I want the ability to search for words that I've sent or received from a contact instead of just their names so I can easily find relevant conversations that include that word.

When I am viewing my Inbox I want it to be in chronological order of the last interaction not the last message I received from them so I can better track when interactions occurred

They deactivate too easily. I have to constantly check them. My Easter one deactivated after activating it multiple times. Quite frustrating.

I want the ability to press a button when I'm looking through our people for duplicates so I can easily find all the duplicates and correct them as needed

I would like to be able to record a conversation during a phone call. I could then refer to the phone call for clarifications on what was said and accountability.

When I'm creating a QR Code, I want more options for the shape of the QR Code so I can have a circle QR Code or other shapes
