Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

I am finding it hard to see what voicemail is meant for what team member. I want to be able to filter my voicemail box by who the voicemail is meant for. If the person is calling the Youth Pastor, there is no way for me to see that the voicemail is actually in his box, it appears in everyone's box. I wish that there was a comment section or way to re-assign voicemails to the proper person on the account.

Member would like the ability to search the content of the messages sent to be able to find specific emails.

When I create a message, I want to be able to select a group and then manually filter certain people out of said group so that I can better control who is receiving this message!

When I create a Connect Card, I would like my people to be able to join multiple groups at the same time, e.g. via the multiple choice question (linking each choice to a group). Currently we have to create a Connect Card per group and the person has to register from scratch for each one.

I would like to be able to make emails look more professional and pleasant to view. Adding color, pictures, animations, etc. A newsletter look or fun!

When I do not have calling, I still want the ability to set my own Text In Church voicemail greeting, so I have more control over what incoming callers hear.

provide integration to REALM. serves 50,000 churches throughout the US. They have some text functionality in REALM, but it is not nearly as robust as Text In Church

When setting up a new user on my account, I want to be able to set a budget of how much of the allotment they can use. This way the allotment can be better managed and shared between all users on our account.

I would like to vary the automated messages sent based on the response to the multiple choice question. If someone chooses our "repeat guest" option, send a different text than if "First time guest" is selected.

I want to be able to schedule a repeated text or email beyond when someone joins the group. I'd like to be able to have a text start sending to a group on a date I set and stop sending after a certain date. Sort of like setting a recurring calendar appointment: it starts on x day, repeats weekly forever OR ends repeat on a certain date. the workflows have this, but the start date is only based on when someone joins a group. Would be nice to be able to have a different start date etc.
