Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

When I receive a voicemail notification, I would like to be able to have a tag or a label with it, so I know what action the person made before it was sent to voicemail (e.g. pressed 6 to try and reach rentals or press 8 to request food assistance). Multiple voicemails for different departments sometimes get sent to the same person so that the person seeing the voicemail knows where it came from before having to hear the contents first.

When transferring calls, we would like to be able to warm transfer the call, letting the person receiving the call know that the call is incoming!

When I'm setting up a Human Receptionist, I want the option to select a Team of Callers for this so each of them can be notified of the call at the same time before it goes to a Digital Receptionist

When a voicemail is collected by the Digital Receptionist, I want the voicemail to show it's for the person I'm notifying or I want to be able to filter voicemails by who is being notified so they can easily find the voicemails they're being notified of and need to follow-up with

When I use a Human Receptionist I want the ability to set up the system so it automatically changes who is the Human Receptionist so I do not have to manually swap our Human Receptionists on their specific day to receive general inquiries.

When I'm using a Digital Receptionist, I want it to have the ability to answer incoming caller's questions like an AI Agent so incoming callers get a more human experience of asking their questions and receiving the correct answer without a human having to take the call.

When I have an incoming call, I want the option to transfer the call to one of my account numbers instead of another Caller so they can go through the Digital Receptionist assigned to that line

When I have a Digital Receptionist, I want the ability to set office hours or a schedule for them so I can have it automatically swap to a different message or Digital Receptionist while we're out of office

When I receive a voicemail notification and the contact who left the voicemail doesn't have a name, I want it to show their phone number in the email I receive so I can easily see what number left the voicemail.

When I transfer a call to person B, person B would like the ability to transfer to person C. right now, transfers only allow one transfer from person A to person B and then person B cannot transfer the call any more.
