When transferring calls, we would like to be able to warm transfer the call, letting the person receiving the call know that the call is incoming!

Yes! I would love to be able to consult with the next caller to fill them in on the situation and make sure they are available to take the call. Also, there is no way for them to know who is calling because the transfer only shows our church phone number and not the callers.

I tried to transfer for the first time today, and wish that there was an option to check if the Caller was available first to receive the call and let the person trying to call know if they weren't available and trying other options, instead of immediately transferring without knowing what happens (and losing the person calling in)

When I transfer a call to another Caller, I want the Announce Caller feature to announce the incoming caller's information so the Caller receiving it has this information and can press 1 to accept or 2 to send to voicemail.

Or maybe even better to allow the "operator" who is transferring the call to record a short message - or for the operator to connect live with the person to announce the caller and reason - like they would on a traditional phone system.
