When adding new users, I would like to enter custom Job Titles since a lot of the positions in our Church don't match the predefined list you offer.

When the allotment has been reached, I want the option to stop any additional texts from being sent so we can prevent any overage fees. This feature helps with managing budget as a small church and saves time in terms of constantly checking our limit. Thank you

Before and when our account's allotment is reached, I want the ability to set a notification to be sent to a User / Admin so this can be tracked easier without me having to log in to the account.

I want the ability to have sub accounts so that I can have multiple campuses/ministries all within 1 login, but keeping the people/groups/numbers etc. separate. There are some users who would need to switch between accounts with ease, and others who only need access to 1 of the sub accounts.

The User logs are super handy but they cannot be exported. When I am trying to track my User activity, I want an exportable report of their actions/activity in the platform so I can monitor this and easily share it with others who need this data.

When our subscription fee is going to be renewed soon, we'd like to receive a notification or reminder message so we can be alerted of the upcoming charge.

When I'm setting up the account I want the option to choose or request a Short Code so I can use this kind of number with my account.

When managing users, I would like the ability to clone an existing user so that I can copy their access level and permissions.
