Send a text from a profile
When I am looking at a contact, I want the ability to create a message and send it to them without having to navigate to a different tab or page so I can easily send a message to that person when I'm looking at their contact.

Send Longer Messages
When I'm texting, I want the ability to send more characters than 459 so I can spend more time communicating and less time trying to make my message at or under this limit.

Resend Failed Messages
When a contact's message fails, I want the ability to edit and resend the failed message to that contact so I do not have to recreate the failed message.

Failed Message Report
When I have messages that fail, I want the ability to run a report or export a list of the failed messages and why they failed so I can easily reference this information.

Warning about sending from a different number than the last message was sent from.
We have multiple phone numbers in our account. Recently, I had been texting someone from one phone number and then accidentally responded from a different phone number. It would be great if the system could give a pop up warning and say "are you sure you want to send from this phone number" if a message is sent from a different phone number than the previous message had been sent from.

Ability to Assign Incoming Conversations to Staff
I would like to be able to assign incoming conversations to certain staff when they come in so that we can track whether follow up was completed and by whom.

Unread Folder
When I'm looking through my Messaging tab, I want an Unread Folder so I can easily find and respond / action these messages appropriately.

Shortened Link for Files
When I am uploading files, I want the system to generate a shortened link I can use in the Links drop-down box so I can easily do this process on the mobile app and generally the entire process in general will be easier and less time consuming

Spam Compliance Name for Each Line
When I have more than one line, I want the ability to choose the name the Spam Compliance message uses so if I'm using that number with a different ministry it can send the right name for that ministry!

Text Export by Group
When I send a text to a Group, I want to be able to export the previous texts sent to just that Group as well so I can easily share this with my Admin
