Enhancement Ideas and Feature Requests

They deactivate too easily. I have to constantly check them. My Easter one deactivated after activating it multiple times. Quite frustrating.

When I am using an Automated Workflow, I want the ability to set what triggers a message for each message rather than the entire Workflow so I do not have to have separate Workflows for each message. For example: a Workflow where it sends a text with thank you video after they fill out a form and another message that's based on when we need a reminder sent right before an event date.

When a contact receives a text from our Workflow and replies to it, I wan the ability to have a notification (text or email) sent to a specific person so they can be notified and follow-up accordingly.

When I am editing a Workflow, I want the ability to bulk edit messages so it takes less time to edit them all.

When working with Workflows, I would like to be able to download a CSV file of my Workflow report to better cross-reference data.

When I have a lot of contacts in a Workflow, I want the ability to cancel multiple people's steps or send multiple people's steps so doing this manually takes less time

When I'm editing my Workflow steps, I want it to be easier to save my changes, it would be great if the button was bigger or higher on the screen so I don't miss it / so it's harder to be covered up

When presenting to other members of my team and reviewing the details of Automated Workflow steps, I'd like to be able to export out the details to have on paper. I would also like to be able to then re-import the CSV FIle of workflow steps back into TIC. This is helpful in board presentations when explaining our follow up system.

When editing a workflow step, I would like the changes to be automatically saved, rather than having to click a save button so that I can work mor efficiently without risk of losing my work.

When I cancel a repeating step for a Workflow, I want the option to tell the system if I want to cancel all the steps or just this one instance so it doesn't cancel them all by default.
