We just added calling to our plan for our main number. We love the digital receptionist features. However, there are plenty of people outside of our church members that call and or text that do not have a profile. I recently discovered that there were over 100 unknown, unknown profiles added to our duplicates in Planning Center. I had to manually remove each one. It was not intuitive under TIC settings how to prevent this from happening. I feel that a rule built into TIC that a First and Last Name should be required data in order for the profile update to be exported.
