When I have a question, issue, or want to reference a previous conversation, I would like to be able to search all messages, so I can find the exact conversation (and not have to rely on my memory).

Thank you for submitting this request, I can totally see how handy it would be to have the ability to search your previous conversations! 😊
We utilize a third-party for the messenger that's used to chat with support inside your account, so it's not possible for us to add this directly at the moment.
But, I did track down their feature request system, found a request for the ability to search support messages, and added a vote to it for us! 😁
I'm hopeful that this is something they can add soon, so you can search your chats with support in the near future!

I have had to download the transcript for all the conversations I could find, and then use AI to find the part I needed to reference - it shouldn't require that I have to rely on my memory and an external platform to do that.
