Join multiple groups from a single Connect Card

When I create a Connect Card, I would like my people to be able to join multiple groups at the same time, e.g. via the multiple choice question (linking each choice to a group). Currently we have to create a Connect Card per group and the person has to register from scratch for each one.

I have great news! With our latest update, you can now set up actions on your Multiple Choice options that are triggered upon submission! 🎉
Each option in the question can add or remove a contact from a Group.
Alternatively, you can also have it add a Tag or remove a Tag from a contact upon submission as well.
