Flag the status of handled voicemails

When one of our users addresses a voicemail or other inbound communication, we would like a way to easily show the item's status or how/when it was addressed for all staff to see. The way the voicemails are now, no one can tell if a task was created or to whom it was assigned or when at a glance. Instead, they must "dig" to find out if the message has been adequately dealt with.

When viewing the main voicemail view (at https://app.textinchurch.com/calling/voicemail), I would like a visual status column to show what was done with each voicemail so, at a glance, we can see what still needs to be addressed and what can be ignored (or potentially deleted). I know there's a green "new" icon, but there's currently no visual way to know what happened with each voicemail, and there's no way to click on a voicemail and "view history" from this linear overview. It would be helpful to see a history in this view - maybe even add a "more" menu item called "view history," which would show date received, date listened to and by whom, how it was dealt with, and maybe view any notes taken.
