Field Expand/Contract UI is confusing, clicking on directional arrows doesn't work

When I click on the down/up arrow/carrot next to the field name I want the field to expand/collapse so I can see the details or remove the details.

This applies to all fields that expand/contract, but specifically, Activate Group Keyword and Send Confirmation Text Message fields.

Right now, if you click on the field name or close to the field name, the field expands/collapses. However, if you click on the arrow next to the field name, nothing happens. I actually thought the UI was broken until Anne mentioned that she was able to add the details so I knew it was working. It was counterinitiative to me to click on the text, I had only tried the arrow.
