When I am calling back a number from a voicemail message, I would like the option to confirm (e.g. "press 1 to accept" but another option such as matching it with set with times of incoming calls could be equally good or better) especially after hours before proceeding with a call and saying "Success!". Currently, it will often connect me through to the person directly, and I don't remember that it's after work hours. I don't see a notification of the voice connection until the caller hears my personal voicemail greeting because I silence work-related notifications/incoming calls through the church number after hours (iPhone). This impacts them because it is super confusing since the caller didn't make the call, but instead, they hear a voicemail greeting when they pick up the phone, and I don't connect with the caller and have to manually call them back after this embarrassing scenario.
In addition, because my voicemail greeting says, "you have reached 419-xxx-xxxx" in my personal voicemail greeting, now the person on the other end has my personal phone number, which is NOT ideal in terms of personal privacy
