When an existing contact texts a keyword, I would like them to be added to the group and synced over to CCB (added to the group there).

Currently, TIC is not adding existing contacts to the group in CCB; it sees they are not currently a member and removes them from the TIC group. This is the opposite of what we want. It effectively doubles our work to have someone sign up for a group by text and still have to manually add them in our master database!
