We’re excited to share the latest updates designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow. Here’s what’s new:
Bug Fixes
Character Count Accuracy:
 We’ve resolved an issue where spaces and line returns were being counted incorrectly in messages, causing the “Need a longer message” pop-up to appear in error. Message character counts should now work as expected.
Editing Pending Emails:
 Fixed a bug where editing a pending email incorrectly converted it to SMS. Now, your email edits will remain emails as intended.
Enhancements
Tagging Users in Task Notes:
 You can now mention and tag team members in the notes section of a task. This new feature fosters collaboration and ensures everyone stays informed with ease.
Archived Conversations Auto-Mark as Read
: Conversations that are archived will now automatically be marked as read, helping you maintain a cleaner and more organized inbox.
