Here are some of the stand-out fixes and enhancements you'll see from yesterday's update!
✨Enhancements:
Emails - Prefill Fields: The Reply to and Name fields for emails now pre-fill automatically when creating a new email.
PCO Add-on - Number Error: If a contact does not have an area code when sending a message using the PCO Add-on, the error that appears has been updated to reflect why the message failed to be sent.
Integrations - Authenticated User: Integrations will now show which User connected the integration in the Integrations tab of your account Settings.
AI - Connect Card Creation: You can now chat with AI to create Connect Cards instead of using a template or making them from scratch!
Export Data - Basic Fields: The Basic fields export now includes contact information.
PCO Add-On - Report: You can now find a report for messages sent from the PCO Add-On in the Integrations tab of your Settings!
🐛Fixes:
Mobile - Connect Card Scanner: The Connect Card scanner on the mobile app has been fixed and updated to provide more accurate results when scanning!
Groups - Names: The system will no longer prevent the creation of new Groups that contain the names of existing Groups.
Groups - Keywords: When a Keyword is removed from one Group, it will no longer be removed from any other associated Groups.
Calling - Incoming Calls: Incoming calls are now routing properly again through the mobile app after backend updates.
Export Data - Basic Export: When exporting a Basic export for a specific Group, all of the Groups will be included in the .CSV file
Calling - Human Receptionist: If a call comes in outside the Human Receptionist hours and they have a custom voicemail, the system will use that voicemail instead.
